The service

FeeXray is operated by Adepoco, a California corporation. These terms cover the website at feexray.app and the statement scans, letters, and Watch alerts. Support is support@feexray.app.

FeeXray is not a processor, a bank, or a law firm. It is not affiliated with Square, Stripe, Clover, Fiserv, Heartland, Worldpay, or any card network. The letters are templates you send yourself. They are not financial or legal advice, and FeeXray does not contact your processor.

What you upload

Upload only US monthly processing statements you are allowed to read: yours, or a client's if you are their bookkeeper. Do not upload cardholder lists, full card numbers, or bank login screens. PDFs are deleted after extraction. We store derived numbers so a later statement can be compared.

Price and refund

The scan and plain-English summary are free. $39 unlocks the full report and letter templates for one statement. Watch is $19 a month and compares each new statement you upload or forward. Founding lifetime Watch is $99 for the first 25 founding customers. Watch, monthly or founding lifetime, does not include letters: each full report is $39. There is no annual plan. Prices are in US dollars.

If a paid report flags nothing to question, you get a full refund. "Nothing to question" means no add-on fee pattern and no processor markup sitting on top of interchange. A single flat processing fee, with no interchange breakdown, is shown free and is not sold. See pricing.

A bookkeeper account can claim 3 free full reports once. New Google accounts do not reset that offer on an account that already claimed it.

Cancel Watch in the billing portal. Access continues through the period you already paid. Deleting your FeeXray account cancels an active subscription. Deleting an account does not by itself refund a founding lifetime payment.

Acceptable use

Do not probe the service, share upload access, or send statements you are not allowed to have. Daily upload and assisted-reading caps apply. We can turn the assisted reader off. We can suspend an account that abuses checkout, uploads, or inbound email.

Liability

FeeXray is provided as is. Readings can miss a fee or mislabel one. Check the letters against your statement before you send them. To the fullest extent the law allows, Adepoco's liability for a claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid FeeXray in the prior 12 months or $100. These terms are governed by California law, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
