Who operates FeeXray
FeeXray is operated by Adepoco, a California corporation. Contact support@feexray.app. FeeXray is not affiliated with Square, Stripe, Clover, Fiserv, Heartland, Worldpay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and a profile image URL if Google sends one. We store the business name, quoted rate, and optional "how you heard about us" note you type in. If you opt into the bookkeeper offer, we store the firm name and how many free reports are left.
From a statement we store derived numbers only: processor name, period, card sales, fees, effective rate, and each fee line with a plain-English label. We do not store the PDF. The file is held in memory for the scan and dropped when the numbers are saved.
We do not want card numbers. A file that looks like it contains a full card number is rejected and nothing from it is saved.
Referral cookie
If you arrive with a link like ?ref=fxr_seo_calculator, we store that code in an httpOnly cookie for 90 days, first touch only. At signup we copy it onto your account if you do not already have one. It is used to see which page sent you. It is not sold.
Who processes data
Google handles sign-in. Stripe handles payments and does not send card numbers to FeeXray. Neon stores the database. Vercel hosts the app. Cloudflare Turnstile checks uploads. Resend sends email and, if you forward a statement, receives that email. When the template reader is not confident, statement text is sent to a language model from the server only, under a daily cap and a kill switch. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Account data and derived statement numbers stay until you delete the account. Deleting the account removes those rows. If the in-app delete fails, email support@feexray.app and we delete the account data within 30 days. Payment records Stripe must keep are kept by Stripe under its own policy.
Your requests
Email support@feexray.app to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to appeal a denial. California residents can ask for the categories of personal information we collected, the categories of sources, and the business purpose. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
